Accreditation Coaching/Portfolio Construction
We will help you assemble the portfolio and train your staff in preparation for your accreditation visit. We will perform a mock verification visit to prepare your staff and be with you every step of the way until you receive the Gold Seal Status.


Staff Training and Professional Development
We will assist in coaching and guiding your staff, ensuring that they take the appropriate steps in obtaining the required DCF hours, as well as pursuing and completing a CDA. We will partner with the local coalitions and TEACH scholarship to help your staff get and stay on track with professional development.
HR Management and Retention
We will analyze your staff roster to best optimize your classroom management. Taking into consideration DCF and Gold Seal ratios, we will help you adjust your class structure, making for best efficiencies and improved confidence for retention and longevity amongst your staff.

Classroom & Curriculum Management
We will consult and spend time with you in your classrooms to ensure that the layout is safe and useful for each age group’s requirements and demands. Additionally, we will help you select quality curriculum, finding one that suits your budget and enrollment needs.


Financial Management
We will consult with you on how to maximize your operating margins and profits. We will assist in helping you navigate the government subsidy and grant programs, and how to best utilize funds in an efficient and profitable manner.

From Wall Street to Sesame Street, our journey began as seasoned Wall Street executives who saw an opportunity to bring our business acumen into the world of early childhood education. We revitalized a well-known preschool that was in need of care and strategic direction, transforming it into a thriving, high-quality institution.
Over the past decade, we’ve built and operated a highly efficient program, while also serving on the Board of Directors for the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County as the Private Provider Representative. Now, we’re sharing that expertise with others.

VISION STATEMENT
The childcare and early education sector is facing a pivotal moment. The impact of COVID-19—through school closures, lockdowns, and remote learning—has left lasting effects on our children that few could have predicted. Socialization, communication, and emotional development have all suffered, accelerated by the overuse of technology and a lack of in-person interaction.
Over the years, as hands-on owners, we’ve connected with countless providers and preschool operators, and the concerns are strikingly consistent. Enrollment is down. Staffing is increasingly difficult. With companies like Target offering $15+ per hour, many potential employees are opting for less demanding roles with slightly higher pay, leaving childcare centers struggling to attract and retain talent. Competing with corporate America isn’t feasible—we must find smarter, more creative ways to build and sustain our teams.
Government funding has been distributed, but without a clear strategy for rebuilding or long-term success. Many preschool owners aren’t actively involved in their facilities and lack the operational insight needed to run a thriving childcare business.
We were different. As deeply involved owners, we transformed a struggling preschool into a flourishing center operating at full capacity within three years. Through consistent reinvestment and community engagement, we saw dramatic improvements in enrollment and reputation. In fact, during the height of the pandemic, we achieved our highest revenue year while continuing to offer safe, dependable childcare that families could count on.
